What data we process and why
Enquiries: name, phone, email, message, website language and the home you asked about, to reply to you. Legal basis: your consent.
WhatsApp and Telegram: if you message us through these apps, we process your name, your number or username and what you tell us, only to help you. Those apps have their own privacy policies.
Statistics: we count page views without cookies and without storing your IP address, using an anonymous fingerprint that changes every day.
Recipients
The developer of the home you ask about, when needed to help you (for example, to arrange a viewing), and our hosting and email provider (IONOS) as data processor. We do not sell your data.
Retention and rights
We keep enquiries for 2 years from the last contact.
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@buycostadelsol.com, and complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
